Day 01;JRO—Arusha River trees lodge

Meet and greet at Airport,

Transfer to the hotel/lodge for diner and overnight

Day 02: Burunge Tented Camp

Drive to Tarangire National Park.

Full day game drive. With lunch box

Dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Burunge Tented Camp

Full day game drive Tarangire park

Dinner and overnight.

Day 04 Ameg Lodge

Drive to Moshi.

Dinner and overnight Ameg Lodge

Day 05: Marangu gate (1,800 m/5,905 ft) to Mandara Hu (2,743m/9,000ft)

Elevation gain: 915 meters, 3,200ft

Hiking time: 6 to 7 hours.

Day 06: Mandara Hut (2,743m/9000ft) to Horombo Hut (3,720m/12,200ft)

Elevation gain: 977 meters, 3,200ft

Hiking time: 6 to 7 hours.

Day 07: Horombo Hut (3,720m/12,200ft) to Mawenzi Hut (4,600m/15,100ft) to Horombo Hut (3,720m/12,200ft)

This is acclimatization day.

Elevation Gain and loss:800 meters, 2,900ft.

Hiking time: 4 to 5 hours

Day 08: Horombo Hut ( 3,720m/12,200ft) to Kibo Hut (4,750m/15,580)

Elevation gain:1,030meters, 3,380ft

Hiking time: 6 to 7 hours.

Day 09 Kibo Hut (4,750m/15,580ft) to Summit (5,895m/19,340ft) to Horombo Hut (3,720m/12,200ft)

Elevation gain:1,145 meters, 3760ft

Hiking time: 7 to 8 hours

Elevation loss: 2,175 meters, 7,140ft

Day 10: HOROMBO-KIA LODGE (3,720m/12,200) to Marangu Gate (1,800m/5,905ft)

Elevation loss:1,920 meters, 6,295ft

Hiking time: 6 to 8 hours.

Transfer to Kia Lodge for hot lunch, diner .FB

Day 11;JRO TRANSFER

Early morning transfer to JRO depart 3;45am
